The Nursing Assistant will provide care to Veterans in one or more of the following outpatient clinics as assigned: Ambulatory Procedures, Cardiology, Cath Lab, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Hematology, Hepatology, Nephrology, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Optometry, Ortho Spine, Orthopedics, Pain, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Podiatry Palliative, Pulmonary, Rheumatology, Skin Lesion, TBI/Polytrauma, Thoracic Surgery, Urology, and/or Vascular Surgery. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. English Language Proficiency: Nursing Assistants must be proficient in spoken and written English in accordance with VA Handbook 5005, part II
