The PCMHI Program Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of personnel in the El Paso VA Health Care System (EPVAHCS) and surrounding Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). The incumbent ensures that staff provides care and counseling of persons or in the promotion and maintenance of health and prevention of illness and injury based upon the acceptable standard of care which includes systematic data gathering, assessment, appropriate judgment, and evaluation of responses.
