The Caregiver Support Program Nurse reports to the Chief, Care Management and Social Work at the facility. The Nurse provides clinical evidence-based services and interventions for the caregiver and Veteran; education and consultation for the caregiver, Veteran, and staff on caregiver issues; community outreach; resource development; continuous quality improvement activities; and the evaluation of caregiver issues. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
