Long Term Care Geriatrician   Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking a long term care facility (LTC) focused BC/BE Geriatrician to join one of the largest and most well-established geriatric programs in the region. Certification and experience as an LTC facility Medical Director is preferred, but candidates who are motivated to become a Certified Medical Director would also be considered. The physician would be part of a team which includes other geriatricians and nurse practitioners. The scope of practice would involve the full spectrum of care in the long-term-care setting including short-term rehab, personal care, long-term skilled care, and end-of-life care. The role includes weekday facility rounds and periodic ev
