Social Worker (MSW) - Full Time, 8:30AM-4:30PM, Morristown Medical Center
Job Description Provides therapeutic intervention and social work services to patients and their families within inpatient hospital setting and outpatient Pediatric Pulmonary division to enhance comprehensive, integrated care and with continuity of care in the community. Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM with occasional weekend as needed. Work as a member of Interdisciplinary Team to ensure the patient's psychosocial needs are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
