The Supervisor reports directly to Clinical Director.  He/She creates a smooth functioning environment through staff leadership, by setting and achieving objectives through interpersonal, interpretive, and technical abilities.  He/she is the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. He/she collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyzes tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
