The Clinical Pharmacist – Oncology Specialist shall assist and collaborate with the Pharmacy Team involving oncology and infusion medications. He/she shall work in conjunction with Pharmacy Technicians for auditing the performance of pharmacy processes and systems as required for maintenance and compliance with state, federal, and accreditation agencies. He/she shall help optimize selection of pharmacological agents that assist in achieving maximum therapeutic benefit while minimizing toxicity. He/she shall deliver care to patients as a part of the multi-disciplinary inpatient/outpatient oncology team, provide direct patient care contact to visually assess for signs of adverse effects, and manage the patient
