The Justice Outreach Senior Social Worker is an integral member of the Homeless Program. The primary responsibilities of the position are to provide intensive case management services, continuous quality improvement activities, evaluations, consultations, assessments, and referrals to various community agencies for veterans who are incarcerated. The Senior Social Worker is administratively responsible for clinical programming and daily operations of the program.
