The Patient Safety Program is a collaborative effort, shared by the health care system's Patient Safety Program Managers within our High Reliability Service at the San Francisco VA Health Care Facility. The Patient Safety Manager/Registered Nurse will demonstrate leadership and expertise in formulating creative and effective approaches to the analysis and management of safety and reliability issue within complex clinical and administrative systems. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7403(f), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English. Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accre
