The Primary Care, Patient Aligned Care Team, (PACT) Nurse Practitioner (NP) is part of the VA Salt Lake City Primary Care Service located at the main facility, and surrounding Primary Care Clinics in Utah, Nevada, and Idaho. The Primary Care Clinics provide comprehensive care to veterans of all ages and genders with complex care needs and high rates of musculoskeletal and mental health comorbidities. The Primary Care provider is a Licensed Independent Practitioner.
