The Associate Chief of Staff (ACOS) for the Rehab and Extended Care is an executive leadership position that oversees the department. The ACOS is responsible for overseeing the planning, developing, coordinating, directing, and evaluating the Rehab and Extended Care services for VA Hudson Valley. Rehab and Extended Care consist of Geriatrics, Physical Medicine and Rehab, Audiology, Whole Health, Community Living Centers, HBPC, Palliative Care, and Administrative Medicine and Therapy depts.
