Duties Include: The geriatrician will be responsible for delivery of primary care to patients enrolled at the WNY VA Medical Center at the Community Living Centers. The geriatrician will work in collaboration with other geriatricians, geriatric nurse practitioners, and other nursing staff. The geriatrician is an integral member of the Geriatrics & Extended Care line and is expected to work closely and coordinate patient care with other staff members in the care line. The geriatrician will be expected to participate in scheduled clinical and administrative meetings with other members of the care line.
