Under the direction of the Medical Practice Manager, the Surgery Scheduler performs surgery scheduling and various routine clerical tasks. The Surgery Scheduler oversees insurance inquiries; performs pre-admission reviews and explains deductible and payments if necessary; schedules surgery time with hospital and schedules physical before surgery date.
