The Section of Palliative Care in the Department of Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center seeks an energetic, team-focused, palliative care APP to join our interdisciplinary Palliative Care Service. Our team is comprised of Palliative Medicine physicians, APPs, coordinating RNs, chaplains, social workers, and healing arts.
