The Integrative Medicine Advanced Practice Nurse performs the role utilizing the patient-centered coordinated care model demonstrated through the following competencies: leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision making. Works collaboratively with other members of the practice/hospital team to assess, plan and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs. Integrative health medicine experience required. Part Time position of (2) 10 hrs days. Preference for experience in adult medical/integrative medicine or integrative medicine education through an accredited program.
