RN to make home visits to predominantly adult and geriatric population in Union county, responsible for assessment and establishing plan of care for client in collaboration with patient, family and MD.   Home care experience preferred. Wound care and IV skills helpful. Computer skills essential.Principal Accountabilities:1. Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.2. Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.3. Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.4. Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.5. Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing
