The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to management of complex patient care. The Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model consists of a primary care provider and team members who, in partnership with the Veteran, address primary whole person care needs, as well as, preventive health care for life-long health and wellness. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
