What you will need:
Graduate from a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP or PA by the time of employment
Board certified by the time of employment
Two years of clinical practice experience with geriatrics OR 1 year of post-graduate experience, post-acute and long-term care experience
Prefer specialty certification in gerontology, training or experience in palliative care, MAT waiver
DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
