The Cincinnati VA Medical Center has 6 Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC's) located in Bellevue, KY; Florence, KY; Lawrenceburg, IN; Hamilton, OH; Clermont County, OH, and Georgetown, OH. This Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care PACT FLOAT permanent position is for the Main Cincinnati VA Campus location. However, the position may have to FLOAT to other CBOC locations as needed.
