The Triage Registered Nurses are responsible for the provision of continuity of care, access, utilization management, clinical guideline implementation and monitoring and performance improvement in the area assigned. This includes overseeing and participating in the care of assigned groups of patients both inpatient and outpatient and working in an interdisciplinary setting. Receives calls concerning clinical aspects of patient care from all facilities within Lexington Health Care System.
