The San Francisco Veterans Affairs Health Care System Community Living Center (CLC)/Geriatrics & Extended Care (GEC) is a team of health care providers caring for a diverse age range of veterans admitted to our facility at various stages of life. The goal of the CLC is to transform a hospital like environment into an innovative home that improves quality of life while enhancing both privacy and social connections. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
