Comprehensive, integrated geriatric practice
Variety of patient care: geriatric primary care; geriatric assessments; home-based primary care; assisted living; long-term and skilled facilities; palliative care; and IP geriatric consultation service
Teaching opportunities with IM and FM residencies
Team of two physicians, five NPs and one PA
