The Registered Nurse Educator for Care in the Community (CITC) Service is accountable for multiple facets of education, training and professional & organizational development that promotes a learning culture across the healthcare system. The RN Educator works in partnership with other team members, which includes the Veterans and Community Providers, to effectively and efficiently deliver and manage preventative, proactive, patient-driven care and chronic disease management and care needs. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
