The Medical Foster Home (MFH) Program Coordinator, providing both clinical and administrative oversight of Veteran care and program operations by managing the daily operation of the medical foster home program, and providing clinical evidence-based services and interventions in the program area. In addition, the coordinator provides clinical and administrative social work supervision to multidisciplinary staff.
