The Registered Nurse in the Contract Nursing Home (CNH) program is responsible and accountable for providing clinical oversight of Veteran care in the CNH program. This position must fulfill the regulatory requirements specified in the Contract Nursing Home program VHA Office of Community Care (OCC) Field Guidebook, section 1.2 Geriatric Extended Care (GEC).
