This Nursing Assistant (NA) is assigned to the Community Living Center (CLC) provides safe and individualized resident care to complex, frail and mostly elderly residents who are chronically ill in a home environment. The CLC provides a skilled nursing environment and houses a variety of specialty programs for persons needing short and long stay services which include skilled nursing, rehabilitation, continuing care, restorative care, and hospice and palliative care.
