Job Summary Harris Health System is seeking an experienced physician leader to serve in a clinical and administrative role as the Medical Director, Hospital at Home (MDHH), for this ground-breaking new program. Hospital at Home is an innovative care model that will provide acute, palliative and/or observation care in the home setting, expanding bed-capacity and service capability for the health system. The MDHH will work collaboratively with the program's medical and nursing staff, reporting to the Senior VP, Transitions and Post-Acute Care with a dotted line to the Chief Medical Executive.
