The Manager of the Thrift Store is responsible for the overall operations of the entire store, appropriate staffing levels, hiring, training and coaching all store employees. The Manager is responsible for all cash flow operations, conducting cash audits, verifying returns, preparing deposits, coordinating armored car service, and notifying the Director of all deposits daily. The Manager represents Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) to the community and establishes community relationships to support the organization endeavors.
