Overview: Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, Colorado's largest and most comprehensive provider of cancer care has an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN Clinician in our Skyridge clinic (Lonetree) Responsibilities: Collaborate as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care for our oncology and hematology patients Triage and prioritize incoming telephone calls using clinical assessment skills regarding treatment and symptom management. Provide patient/ family education specific to their disease process and provide follow up education as needed throughout their treatmentAssists with calling and reviewing lab/test resultsCoordinate the ordering and follow up of genetic testing specific to each patient and their treatment care
