DescriptionThe Department of Home Care, located at our Lincoln Avenue Building, is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for their team. This person will sit at the front desk to greet sales reps and others, answer phone, assist with the on-call schedule, help assemble care packs, and some scanning.The hours of the position are 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Benefits begin immediately.Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of past administrative experience.SUBFUNCTION DEFINITION: Provides secretarial/administrative support to employees or groups in the organization. Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
