Job DescriptionResponsible for the supervision of assigned functions that prepare and process medications. Also may prepare medications by measure, mix, count out, label and record amounts and dosages of IV or highly regulated medications according to prescription orders following Long Term Care Pharmacy policies, regulations and procedures. May have responsibility for compliance functions. Implement pharmacy objectives as determined by the pharmacy supervisory team. Supervise pharmacy technicians working in function level 4 using the proper procedure to complete all daily assignments. Work with senior technicians to coordinate the daily production of assigned function including IV and/or narcotics and/or compliance. Knowledgeable and trained on all front
