The Nurse Community Living Center (CLC) practices in a complex patient care setting with minimal supervision. The Nurse (CLC) is assigned as a primary nurse for care of a defined group of patients on his/her shift or for an entire episode of care. The Community Living Center provides care to Veterans who require skilled, rehab, hospice and long term care. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
