POSITION SUMMARY: As a member of the CMCs leadership team, the Associate Director of Nursing helps to supports an interdisciplinary team approach to the delivery of care to patients, families and the community. This position focuses on creating clinically competent, team-based nursing leadership in the individual clinics. This includes supporting an environment in which collaboration is valued and excellence in clinical care, education, and innovation is promoted and achieved through nursing services.
