The incumbent performs functions as the Chief of Staff; a key member of the executive leadership team, actively participating in the development of overall management objectives and philosophies necessary for the attainment of optimum efficiency in providing health care to our Veteran population. The incumbent is accountable and responsible to the Medical Center Director for the coordination of clinical activities, clinical staff and administrative oversight.
