West Palm Beach is looking for Home Base Primary Care with 3 year of experience within Geriatric Medicine. VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package. VHA Physician Total Rewards. Arterial puncture for blood gas analysis and EKG interpretation. The ability to assess, diagnose, treat, and provide consultation to patients in long term care which are medically complex, in need of wound care, require rehabilitation from CVA, orthopedic interventions, or overall reconditioning due to complex medical needs; monitoring of parental feedings (TPN/PPN/Enteral Nutrition) in concert with Nutrition Support Team, management and treatment of pain and palliative care for terminally ill patients. Include patient care rendered at the following settings: Community Living Center; Hospice & Palliative Care; Home Based Primary Care; Blind Rehabilitation Center; Outpatient; Acute Care. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with rotating tours of duty as needed
