Displays excellent interpersonal skills and carries previous management experience as well as experience in clinical research. Possesses a broad knowledge and understanding of health care policies, operating programs, extensive specialized knowledge of Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs, performance improvement activities, overall quality of patient care, and experience in developing and/or expanding residency programs. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm - Due to the nature of this leadership position, it is expected that working hours could be extended beyond the normal tour of duty
