Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital is a joint venture operation and free-standing Post-Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital between Dignity Health and Kindred Healthcare. Our two-story, 58,000-square-foot facility includes a stroke unit, physical therapy gym and 50 beds to serve patients recovering from significant neurological injury, illness and trauma and similar medical conditions. We are located at 1515 W. Chandler, Blvd. Chandler, AZ. As an Occupational Therapist / OT you will: The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides occupational therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability. Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital is located. -
Previous experience in all aspects of occupational therapy preferred, but not required. -
Effective oral and written communication skills in English with additional languages preferred -
Current CPR/BLS certification.
