ChristianaCare HomeHealth is hiring Per Visit Physical Therapists to join our dynamic and cohesive team of therapists in New Castle County, Delaware; specifically in Newark or New Castle.

As a Physical Therapist you will:

• Collaborate and lead one or more Physical Therapy Assistants

• Complete a target of at least 50 visits each month

• Engage with adult and geriatric patients to support a safe home environment

Requirements:

• Requires 1 year of experience as a PT; appropriate Delaware license.

• Home care experience preferred; or experience serving adult to geriatric patients

• Proof of a valid driver's license and active auto insurance is required.
