Join HNI Healthcare's expanding Post-Acute team in northern Louisiana. We are interested in Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians who are interested in practicing in post-acute environment — including rounds at our partner LTACH.

A successful candidate for HNI Healthcare possesses the following:

  • Ability to provide a full scope of primary care services.
  • Board certified, or board eligible, Advance Practice Provider with advanced graduate medical education and training in IM or FP.
  • Current, unrestricted, Louisiana license to practice.
  • Current, unrestricted federal, and as needed state, prescriptive authority.
