Providence TrinityCare Hospice is seeking a full-time Palliative Medicine nurse practitioner to join a comprehensive, multidisciplinary team. This position will be a fairly autonomous role for a small Palliative Care program, which is part of a larger regional program. TrinityCare is known in the community for its outstanding accomplishments and company values. Conduct meaningful care and enjoy working in Cerritos, a beautiful community within Los Angeles County.
