Olmsted Medical Center is seeking a part-time .5 FTE Active Aging Services Physician with geriatric and palliative care experience. A BC/BE physician with experience in adult mental health is preferred. This position would join one other Medical Director physician and two full-time Nurse Practitioners and support staff.
Care for residents in up to ten (10) Nursing Homes as well as Assisting Living centers and homes
Coverage in Rochester and nearby surrounding communities
Regulatory visits every 30-60 days
Acute Care visits, palliative consultations and follow-up programs
Call 24/7 - Seven (7) day stretch - Monday evening to Monday morning
