DAIYA Healthcare is a leader in the post-acute care industry recruiting for its continued expansion. We are currently seeking experienced physicians to manage patients in skilled nursing and long term care facilities. We support a balanced work life with job fulfillment for all our employees.
Providers are expected to make daily rounds Monday through Friday, completing history of physical examinations as well as providing follow-up care as necessary. Each physician is part of a team that includes an administrative Medical Director, Medical Staffing Coordinator, and an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC). We are a multi-specialty group, and specialty support is available when needed. All documentation is completed using an EMR.
-Work in partnership with nursing staff and facility leadership -Provide primary care and preventive care for patients in our facilities -Coordinate patient care with ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff -Attend facility meetings as necessary -Complete documentation
Current, unrestricted MD/DO New Mexico state license Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and/or Geriatrics
