The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for assisting the Chief Nursing Officer in planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing services to ensure the delivery of adequate and competent patient care. The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for Nursing Supervision.

Minimum: Bachelorï¿½s Degree in Nursing
Preferred: Masters Degree in Nursing or related field. Experience with Magnet Organization.
EXPERIENCE: Clinical and administrative practice.
Five years experience in health care management and in the practice of nursing in a clinically complex tertiary care center. Working knowledge of Quality Improvement Process and Joint Commission standards.
Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida.
Established record of progressive administration and leadership responsibility in a comprehensive tertiary health care facility.
